Upon completion of all logistics and postal procedures, members will receive a shipment status for tracking. Crown88 is not responsible for any damage or loss during delivery.
Violation of Crown88's general Terms and Conditions may result in the forfeiture of a VIP Level and/or accumulated Reward Points, leading to account closure.
Any suspicion of misuse of the VIP Program may result in the forfeiture of a VIP Level and/or Reward Points accumulated and may result in account closure.
If founded that a member has more than one account, including same name, same email address, same/similar ip address, same home address, same bank account, same computer, same device and so on with abnormal behaviour and has any non-entertainment use for profit-making, once discovered, CROWN88 will retain the right to freeze the account along with reward points and balance.
Any individual / team / organization suspected of using dishonest means or fraud for the purpose of cheating/ abuse of benefits, once verified, CROWN88 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account reward points and balances.
Crown88 is not responsible for any loss of Reward or update delays due to data transmission issues.
The general Terms and Conditions of Crown88 also apply to the Rewards Program.
If a player chooses to close their Crown88 account (or has their account closed by Crown88 ), they will forfeit their VIP Level and lose all benefits/points associated with that account
